Michael J. Harris Inc. is a full service roofing company specializing in residential roofing. We have been roofing contractors since 1915. If you have a roofing need we can fill it. Our residential division can tear off and install a
high quality new roof efficiently and effectively -- in one to two days. We only use the best quality materials with warranties and guarantees. Our shingles , felts and underlayments are all made by GAF.
When we guarantee a roof we mean it -- whether it’s a loose shingle 4 years later or a flashing leak 7 years later we will come back and fix it for free. What makes us stand out from our competitors is that we are a third generation company that is able to stand behind our 10 year labor guarantee.
We offer a wide range of services and are easily able to handle everything from new copper valleys, slate and tile installations to more simple repairs. We have the expertise necessary to work on older homes that have built in gutters, molding, facia and soffits. We are also experts in replacing traditional aluminum and copper leaders and gutters. Flat roofs are also no problem for us. We believe that a flat roof installed correctly can last as long as any pitched roofs. Because of a demand for our superior craftsmanship, we opened our Masonry division in 1995. We started by rebuilding and repairing chimneys for existing customers. We then branched out into walkways and steps utilizing materials such as bluestone and brick. We now consider ourselves a full service masonry company with the same expertise and craftsmanship as our roofing division.
